AntiSpoofer ("we," "us," or "our") operates antispoofer.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Domain names you submit for scanning.
Account information — your email address and password when you create an account.
Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session activity collected via Microsoft Clarity and our internal analytics.
Communications — emails you send to support@antispoofer.com.
How We Use Your Information
To perform domain scans and deliver results.
To send transactional emails (scan results, alerts, account notices) via Postmark.
To process payments via Stripe.
To improve the service and diagnose technical issues.
To respond to support requests.
Third-Party Data Processors
We share data with the following processors under Data Processing Agreements:
Microsoft Clarity — session analytics and heatmaps. Clarity operates under Microsoft's privacy policy. We use Strict masking to minimize personal data collection.
Postmark (Wildbit) — transactional email delivery. Email addresses are shared with Postmark solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested.
Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and processes billing information under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS certification.
Cookies
We use cookies for session management and analytics. By continuing to use the site, you consent to our use of cookies. EU visitors will be presented with a cookie consent banner before any analytics cookies are set.
Your Rights (GDPR)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AntiSpoofer (antispoofer.com), operated by AntiSpoofer ("we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AntiSpoofer provides domain email authentication scanning, monitoring, and alerting tools. We offer two tiers:
Sentinel (Free) — domain scanning and change-detection alerts for up to 3 domains.
Shield ($49/month) — full email traffic monitoring, real-time fraud detection, and weekly digest reports for up to 3 domains.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person or business entity.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Scan domains you do not own or are not authorized to scan.
Use the service to facilitate email fraud, spoofing, or phishing.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.
Payments and Cancellation
Shield subscriptions are billed at $49/month via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will detect all email spoofing attempts or prevent all email fraud. AntiSpoofer is a monitoring and alerting tool, not a guarantee against email-based attacks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiSpoofer's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
This policy describes how long AntiSpoofer retains different categories of data and how you can request deletion.
Domain Scan Results
Results from domain scans (SPF, DKIM, DMARC status) are retained for 12 months to power historical trend reporting. Scan results are associated with your account if you are signed in, or discarded after 24 hours if performed anonymously.
Account Data
Your email address and account settings are retained for the life of your account. If you delete your account, account data is purged within 30 days.
Email Traffic Logs (Shield customers)
DMARC aggregate report data is retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. Older records are automatically deleted. Forensic reports (if enabled) are retained for 30 days.
Support Tickets
Emails sent to support@antispoofer.com are retained for 2 years to support quality assurance and dispute resolution, then deleted.
Payment Records
Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Card details are held by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's data retention practices.
Analytics Data
Session and usage data collected via Microsoft Clarity is retained according to Microsoft's standard retention period (typically 13 months). Our internal analytics data is retained for 24 months.
Requesting Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email hello@antispoofer.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Note: some data may be retained beyond your request where required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
